Associate - Master Data Management Service Excellence: Ensure the overall delivery of services to Op Cos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and the BSC, within a strong internal control framework. Partner with the Service Management team to: Provide input for service reporting. Facilitate service transitions when required. Analyze issues highlighted by the Business Account Manager and resolve them in a timely manner. Ensure internal customer and supplier issues are handled in accordance with the escalation process, pushing back when proper protocol is not followed. Skills & Desired Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience managing Vendor/Customer/Material master data maintenance activities in a client-service-oriented function. Master Data Management certification is preferred. Good understanding of business systems. Ability to analyze and utilize information from a wide variety of sources. Logical, process-based approach to problem resolution. Credibility, trust, and professionalism. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate in any field.
