Senior RPA Developer We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in robotic process automation technologies and a strong understanding of business process optimization. Location : Udaipur Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes. Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities. Develop reusable automation components and frameworks. Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and APIs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automation workflows. Ensure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Maintain technical documentation and process documentation. Conduct code reviews and support junior developers. Communicate project progress, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders. Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in RPA development. Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Experience designing end-to-end automation solutions. Strong understanding of workflow automation, OCR, and intelligent document processing. Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET. Experience with version control systems and deployment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Skills: Relevant RPA certifications. Experience with AI-powered automation and machine learning integrations.
