The Project Manager (PM) in NiCE Actimize Professional Services is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations, from Sales handover through Go‑Live and transition to Managed Services / Support. The PM owns delivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with contractual commitments, using the PS Actimize Project Delivery Methodology (PDM).
