Senior Data Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with over 7 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support strategic business decisions. Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models (time series, regression, etc.) for business planning and performance tracking. Work extensively with Databricks and Spark for data processing, transformation, and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Build interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources. Optimize data pipelines, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related domain. Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques. Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark. Experience in building and validating forecasting models. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization tools (AI/BI tools preferred). Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning concepts.
