Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and systems for real-world applications Architect scalable and production-ready ML pipelines and data workflows Work on advanced AI areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists Ensure best practices in model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring Drive model optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement innovative solutions Handle end-to-end lifecycle: data preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Scikit-learn Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Statistics Experience with model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs) Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.) Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
