Databricks Business Trainer We are looking for a Databricks Business Trainer with strong business understanding and communication skills to train non-technical stakeholders on leveraging Databricks for business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data technology and business users by simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-understand business use cases Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for business users, clients, and stakeholders. Explain business use cases of Databricks across industries (finance, retail, healthcare, etc.). Translate technical data concepts into simple business language. Develop training materials including presentations, case studies, and documentation. Demonstrate how data-driven insights can improve business performance and decision-making. Support adoption of Databricks within client organization. Collaborate with technical teams to align training with real-world implementations. Deliver workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Pre-sales / Corporate Training, on Databricks. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of business processes for Databricks and data-driven decision-making. Ability to simplify complex technical Databricks concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools. Experience in stakeholder or client interaction. Must Have Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Good understanding of SQL or data querying. Experience in corporate training or L&D. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Key Competencies Excellent storytelling and presentation skills. Strong business acumen. Problem-solving mindset. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
