Manage Scope of the project from Start to finish.Define & prioritize delivery schedules and quality parameters. Identify/Plan Resource & Technology requirement for successful delivery of the project. Monitor & Review project status & scope to ensure on time delivery with quality. Ensure proper implementation of Process for smoother execution and continuations enhancement trough tools & techniques. Prepare Communication plan for client meetings and internal stakeholders to discuss project progress and challenges including change management. Identifying risks, issues, dependencies and contingency plan for the same. Provide guidance and maintain alignment with IT policies and standards Aliasing with Infra team to ensure all the necessary systems & tools are available for project delivery. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Provide Mentoring and guidance to the project teams. Review Technical Documentation for accuracy and completion.
