Expertise in end-to-end program execution from planning through product delivery, program scheduling, milestone and deliverable tracking, cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality teams, project progress monitoring, risk identification and issue resolution, product lifecycle management from development and validation through production, customer and stakeholder management, production planning, vendor management, supply chain coordination, material availability and production readiness tracking, delivery commitment management, program risk and dependency management, and ensuring programs are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards and customer requirements. Strong experience in Program/Project Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with proven capabilities in stakeholder management, supply chain and production planning, risk management, project tracking, communication, analytical problem-solving, and managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
