Collected role description

Expertise in electronic components, cables, connectors and wiring practices, cable harness assembly, crimping and soldering, interpretation of BOMs, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and ICDs, electronic and electromechanical assembly, ESD handling and electronic assembly workmanship, and exposure to MIL-STD, IPC and aerospace assembly practices, with IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification considered an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic proficiency in MS Office, Windows and Internet applications, attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, willingness to travel to customer locations when required, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
