AI Lead Engineer

We are looking for an AI Lead Engineer with strong experience in Core AI/ML along with exposure to Generative AI technologies. The candidate will lead intelligent AI solutions involving Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, predictive analytics, and LLM-based systems for enterprise applications. The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience . Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple business use cases. Develop and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, and Computer Vision. Build and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications , including RAG pipelines and AI agents. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. Develop scalable AI APIs and backend services using Python frameworks . Own model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization in production. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams; mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture discussions. Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment workflows. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and emerging frameworks and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in Core AI/ML engineering and Python programming . Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar. Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, and model evaluation techniques. Experience delivering projects in Natural Language Processing (NLP) , Computer Vision , or predictive analytics. Hands-on experience with Generative AI , Large Language Models (LLMs) , prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG architecture , and vector databases such as FAISS , Pinecone , ChromaDB , or Weaviate . Experience with FastAPI , Flask , or backend API development. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Knowledge of Docker , Kubernetes , CI/CD , MLOps , data structures, algorithms, scalable system design, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and leadership. Experience Requirement Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML software development. Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using both Core AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable AI applications in production environments is preferred.
