Deliver network workstreams for MA&D projects, supporting site integrations, separations, and transitions. Execute technical debt remediation initiatives, including lifecycle refreshes, hardware replacement, network standardization, and security-driven upgrades. Coordinate and oversee MDF and IDF buildouts, upgrades, remediation, and decommissioning activities. Install, configure, and validate: Cisco switching infrastructure Aruba wireless access points and associated services Palo Alto firewalls Structured cabling and fibre infrastructure Execute network migrations, cutovers, and implementation activities with minimal business disruption. Develop implementation, testing, validation, and rollback plans. Coordinate suppliers, cabling vendors, and local site resources during project delivery. Produce and maintain network diagrams, rack elevations, MDF/IDF layouts, and as-built documentation. Ensure all deployments comply with network architecture, cybersecurity, and change management standards. Required Skills Strong experience delivering enterprise network infrastructure and site deployment projects. Hands-on experience with: Cisco Catalyst switching platforms Aruba wireless solutions Palo Alto firewalls MDF and IDF environments Structured cabling and fibre connectivity Experience delivering infrastructure projects within office, manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environments. Knowledge of switching, VLANs, network segmentation, and site connectivity principles. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. Experience supporting infrastructure integrations, separations, or large-scale migration programmes is highly desirable. Problem-Solving Complexity Stakeholder Management / Influence The engineer will work closely with STS Delivery Project Managers, Global Network Services, Site IT, Facilities, Cybersecurity, and third-party vendors to deliver infrastructure modernization initiatives, technical debt remediation programs, and Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D) projects. This role is a key member of the STS Delivery organization, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, resilient, and standardized network infrastructure across the global footprint. Education & Certification Requirements Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in information technology, networking, or telecommunications.
