Key RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Utilize business process modeling (BPM) tools to design and envision solutions that address identified requirements. Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate future requirements, and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing effective solutions. Manage project scope, risks, and issues while collaborating with project, business, UX, and technical teams to elicit detailed requirements for the product backlog. Create conceptual prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, and user stories to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) and the final product. Articulate business needs clearly and visualize end-to-end requirements at both high and detailed levels. Must-Have QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with exposure to functional domains. Strong understanding of current trends, tools, and technologies relevant to business analysis. Proficiency in agile project delivery and hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian Jira. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conceptualize and visualize complex business needs effectively. Good-to-Have QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in product-based manufacturing domains. Familiarity with web and mobile technologies including Angular, Java Script, AWS, .NET, HTML5/CSS, and Salesforce. Experience in defining baseline and target business architectures.
