Key RESPONSIBILITIES:  Lead Generation & Sales: Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.  Consultative Selling: Understand the academic goals of students and parents, and provide personalized product recommendations.  Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.  Customer Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.  Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively.
