Collected role description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Interior Designer to lead residential design projects end-to-end at HomeLane. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers - from the first consultation to order booking and final design execution - ensuring exceptional design solutions that are functional, aesthetic, and within budget. In this role, you will also mentor and manage a Design Associate, guiding them in design development, documentation, and project coordination to ensure high-quality project delivery. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, strong site knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
