We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Designer to lead high-value residential design projects at HomeLane. This role goes beyond project execution - it requires design leadership, client strategy, revenue ownership, and mentorship of junior designers. As a Principal Designer, you will manage premium customers end-to-end - from consultation and concept development to order booking and production alignment - ensuring exceptional design quality, commercial success, and superior customer satisfaction. This role demands strong design expertise, site and execution knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle complex, high-ticket projects independently.
