Collected role description

Oversee customer service & support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise staff from different direct/indirect departments and provide constructive feedback. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Help to create a friendly team environment, providing support to colleagues & residents. Act as a role model for the team; setting and promoting a high level of service standards. Drive efficiencies for reactive and planned business. Manage the shift supervisor/s in scheduling the overall teams working activities. Vendor management and SLAs. Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met. Managing the overall P&L and sales for the property
