The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Temporal, ERP integration, and excellent problem-solving skills. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Go. ● Integrate Go applications with ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. ● Develop and manage workflows using Temporal, ensuring reliability and efficiency. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. ● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. ● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. ● Continuously improve code quality, performance, and scalability. ● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Required Experience & QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Go programming language: Strong experience in writing and maintaining production-grade Go code. Minimum 5 years of experience in Go programming language. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems effectively Strong understanding of RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge on SOAP API. Familiarity with microservices architecture: Knowledge of building and maintaining microservices. Database skills: Experience with SQL and No SQL databases. Version control systems: Proficiency in using Git for version control. Excellent communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field: or equivalent practical experience. Nice to have : Experience with cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure. ● Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices. ● Experience with other programming languages: such as Python, Java, or Java Script. ● Personal Attributes: ● Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong attention to detail: Meticulous and thorough in your work. ● Continuous learner: Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously improve your skill set. ● Experience with Temporal or other workflow engine: Proven experience in building and managing workflows ● ERP Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Go applications with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
