(KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO</li><li>Experience implementing quality standards and procedures</li><li>A very good knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Evidence of having successfully delivered highway projects</li></ul>
