<h2><strong>What We are Looking for:</strong></h2><p>We are looking for Battery Power-Pack, Vehicle Assembly, Power Train and Utility maintenance, Hands on experience in shop floor and Good in documentation and knowledge on computer.</p><h2><strong>What You Will Own and Do:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Machine shop Maintenance including CNC, VMC and HMC, Robotics machine.</p></li><li><p>Depth knowledge about mechanical utility including breakdown, installation and Commissioning.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of Project Electrical, Mechanical Work, . M/cs I&amp; C.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency preparing audit documents IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018.</p></li><li><p>To Follow the TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of PLC, Automation, SLD, Control Diagram, Machine Trouble Shooting, Pump, Cylinders, Bearing and Valves etc.</p></li><li><p>Gemba experience is must.</p></li><li><p>Hands on experience in any types of alignment activity in the machine.</p></li><li><p>ERP knowledge will be added advantage.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You Will Bring to Us:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>BE / Diploma (Electronics / Mechatronics) with 8–10 years of experience</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CNC and Conventional machines i.e. CNC, Lathe, VMC, HMC, Robotics machine.</p></li><li><p>Perform in-depth breakdown analysis and provide technical support to Technicians.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and troubleshoot CNC/ VMC/ Robotics machine, HVAC systems, chillers, split ACs, air dryers, Air Compressors, STP, DG and transformers.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in All types of PLC &amp; M/Cs, Troubleshooting, Control Circuit Modification, Automation expert.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge about Bearing.</p></li><li><p>Hands on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines i.e. CNC Turn lathe, CNC Turn Mill, Vertical machining centre.</p></li><li><p>Hands on Experience Critical fittings, alignment and modification etc.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand mechanical, hydraulic circuits and pneumatic circuits.</p></li><li><p>Machine spare drawing making form sample piece.</p></li><li><p>Maintenance Documentation activity i.e. Machine History card update, Breakdown data entry, PM checklist hardcopy filling, spare Maintaining (Critical / Consumable) Root cause analysis, Material indent raising &amp; follow up.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge about company Kaizen, Cost Control implementation, 5S &amp; ISO documentation.</p></li><li><p>Responding to equipment breakdowns and other emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.</p></li><li><p>Timely adherence to audit schedules.</p></li><li><p>Ensure shutdown jobs execution as per schedule.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information effectively.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for systematically analyse repeated machine breakdowns and take PCA to improve MTBF and MTTR.</p></li><li><p>Manpower Handling and utilizing effectively.</p></li><li><p>Installation and Commissioning of new production machines in close cooperation with external supplier and engineering team.</p></li><li><p>To Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.</p></li><li><p>To Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of tools.</p></li><li><p>To Follow the TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).</p></li><li><p>Depth Knowledge about PLC and Electrical trouble shooting.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge about Laser welding Machine and Battery manufacturing machines.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>We’re Not the Best Fit for You If:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>You are satisfied with where you are in life and do not want to push to learn/grow further.</p></li><li><p>You believe that the best products are built by following your instincts instead of listening to users.</p></li><li><p>You are more concerned about short-term payoffs than long-term payoffs.</p></li><li><p>You are fundamentally risk averse.</p></li><li><p>You like working in an extremely structured environment or being explicitly told what to do at every step.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></h2><p>At Matter Motors, we are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
