Job Description: ROLE: Phone Pe is hiring a Public Relations Manager to drive and shape the company’s external communications narrative. This role calls for a sharp writer and confident communicator with hands-on experience across both corporate and agency environments. Experience leading external communications for a startup will be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities* Work closely with the PR head and the other business stakeholders to close PR calendar * Independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns, analyze results and suggest improvements * Ensure end-to-end execution of the campaigns and announcements * Manage and track the output of the external agencies * Built strong cross-functional relationships both with internal and external stakeholders * Be an advisor to the leadership team and internal stakeholders on the right messaging, forums and channels to use * Create compelling stories using long form and various digital formats of writing. QUALIFICATIONS: Pre-requisites:* A postgraduate degree or diploma in communications * Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a corporate communications / public relations role * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good understanding of the media landscape * Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies * Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects * Good organizational and time-management skills * Must be a team player who is eager to learn and grow.
