In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective fault isolation and rapid service restoration during multi-domain network and product outage situations. You will lead the technical management of emergency and business-critical incidents, perform end-to-end network troubleshooting, and drive collaboration across all engaged teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient investigation, recovery, and resolution process. What you will do: <ul type="disc"><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Emergency handling support for critical customer emergency.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Technical leadership during network outages.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">End-to-end fault isolation across multi-domain and multi-vendor solutions.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Recovery strategy definition and execution.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Multidomain troubleshooting and investigation.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Data-driven analysis using logs, traces, alarms, and observability tools.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Technical recommendations and recovery plans.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Task Force and BCs technical support.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Emergency status updates and periodic reports.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Executive management updates during major outages.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Customer communication support during emergency events.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support & Root Cause Analysis (RCA).</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead Emergency Review Boards (ERB) discussions.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Technical presentation for ERC and other support organizations.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge management updates.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Recovery playbooks and troubleshooting frameworks.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Competence development, mentoring, and coaching.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Support/Participate in deployment of solutions for the assigned Projects/Assignments.</li></ul> </div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:14px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">The skills you bring :</h2> </div><div><ul type="disc"><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">7+ years of experience in customer support/troubleshooting in Telecom network of a vendor and/or a service provider</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect /Solution Integrator in Telecom Domain mainly in Cloud technologies (CNIS, CCD, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Solaris, Mirantis OpenStack, Kubernetes / Containerized environments, SDN / SDI, CEE / CCD, Virtualization and Cloud networking, Compute and storage, infrastructure, TCP/IP and network troubleshooting, Cloud monitoring, logs, alarms and KPI analysis)</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skills</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple domains such as 5G Core, EPC, IMS, CNIS, CCD portfolio products and product roadmaps.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal skills & Customer Handling Skills</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Customer Centric Skills (Culture)/Strategic/Creative/Innovative thinking.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Candidate should be flexible working in the shifts.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective Leadership skills</li></ul></div></div></div>Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
