Engineer - Hardware

<div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>Person will be responsible for Hardware design and development of product to meet project schedule and budget, Provide technical solutions, follow defined processes &amp; support in product development &amp; technology innovations. He/ She should also contribute on project planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan, project reviews, which are required for executional excellence. </p><p>"- Responsible to execute complete Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification &amp; validation, qualification &amp; certification testing in Electrical/ Residential applications.<br>- Support design Hardware for Residential/Commercial Products.<br>- Design of 8/16/32 bit microcontroller based solutions.<br>- Responsible for Hardware design, Functional testing, Qualification Testing.<br>- Verify design using simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, Model Sim, etc.<br>- Apply analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues.<br>- Good knowledge of EMI / EMC certification and environmental compliances – UL /IEC / RoHS / REACH etc.<br>- Hardware design knowledge for various Communication protocols like USB, SPI, I2C, wireless etc.<br>- Collaborate with local / global suppliers for prototype developments, external labs for testing etc<br>- Knowledge on Project Management wrt Project planning, Risk Identification, Cross functional Team interaction e.g. Marketing, Manufacturing etc.<br>- Technically lead and execute projects with risk identification and proposal for metigation.<br>- Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design &amp; EMI/EMC.<br>- Added advantage if having explosure working with Manufacturing plant, establish plant process, Testing, yield analysis etc.<br>- Good knowledge of NPI development processes, DFSS/ DFX artifacts and ProLaunch process.<br>- Follow change management process and release into ENOVIA PLM system.<br>- Collaborate with marketing, CoEs, mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully validate the designs up to and including certification." </p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><p>B.E. (10+6 Years) in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering<br>3-6 Years of experience in Electronics Design and Development</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">Skills:</h2> </div><div><p>"Experience in Hardware Design – Power Supply, Analog Design, Digital Design, Board bringup and Unit testing<br>Expertise in CAD tools and Simulations tools necessary for Electronics Design<br>Hands-on Experience of implementing various MCU based designs with verification and validation testing etc."<br>"Communicates technical concepts and information to internal staff/peers and stakeholders; strong verbal, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills required.<br>Analytical and Problem solving skills, Working in ambiguity, process improvement."</p></div></div></div>
