Sr. Analyst- Financial Planning & Analysis

<div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>- The role will function as an individual contributor and will be part of Electrical Sector America Region under Digital Finance CoE in Pune <br>- The analyst will work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, Business Operations and Senior Management with sites, divisions and throughout the region/segment as required. The Analyst will oversee and execute processes necessary to plan, record, analyze and report on the financial conditions of the Division. <br>- This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary. The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.<br>- Professional will also support plant &amp; division in routine financial analysis &amp; reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects. </p><p>Financial Analysis &amp; Strategy:<br>- Management Reporting: Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports including Sales, Margin ensuring accuracy, timeliness and stakeholder alignment.<br>- Performance Monitoring &amp; Decision Support: Track key financial indicators trend, evaluate business drivers and recommend actions through narratives that support decision making<br>- Profit Planning &amp; Forecasting: Assist for building and loading monthly forecasts and annual operating plans<br>- Operational Performance Analytics: Analyze key operational metrics, including CONC, Flex Productivity, Absorption and other performance indicators.
