Shape innovative products from concept to production.</div> Your role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Segoe UI"; line-height: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px;'><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Deep knowledge of DC-AC and DC-DC power conversion systems and inverter topologies for industrial high-power applications at the MW level, including solar inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong understanding of high-power semiconductor devices, DC-link capacitors, sensors, gate drivers, and power electronics protection schemes.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Proficient in simulation and design tools, including PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, Ansys and other FEA tools, as well as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and schematic/PCB design software.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experienced in thermal modelling, thermal testing, and cooling system design for high-power electronic systems.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Expertise in the design and development of customised subassemblies and collaboration with suppliers for components such as busbars, heatsinks, and PCBAs.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Skilled in design verification, testing, and performance validation to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <div style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Segoe UI"; line-height: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px;'><ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; Master's degree in Power Electronics preferred.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">10-12 years of experience in high-power electronics product development, validation, and manufacturing.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong expertise in power conversion systems, inverter topologies, thermal management, and power electronics design.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic engineering environment.</li></ul></div> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
