As a Process Automation specialist for HR, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and digitalizing repetitive HR processes in various HR domains. You will act as a strategic consultant to HR stakeholders and foster innovation and automation across Infineon’s HR organisation. The role involves identifying automation opportunities, designing and deploying automations, and ensuring seamless integration with HR systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role sits within the HR platforms and automation team at HR Digital and collaborates closely with IT HR and other teams globally. HR Process Automation & Optimization <ul> <li>Analyze existing HR processes at different HR domains to identify automation opportunities.</li> <li>Introducing automation and best practices to eliminate manual effort and reduce errors.</li> <li>Lead end‑to‑end cross automation initiatives from requirement gathering through deployment and post‑implementation support.</li> </ul> Technology & Tools <ul> <li>Collabrating along with IT automation team for designing automation solutions by using tools such as RPA platforms, workflow automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and integrations with HR systems.</li> <li>Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and follow Infineon’s HR automation principles.</li> </ul> Stakeholder Collaboration <ul> <li>Act as a trusted automation partner for HR teams, translating business needs into technical automation solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT and different HR stakeholders globally to ensure governance, data privacy, and audit readiness.</li> <li>Support change management, user adoption, and training related to automated HR processes.</li> </ul> Continuous Improvement & Governance <ul> <li>Monitor automation performance and KPIs (cycle time, error reduction, cost savings).</li> <li>Identify opportunities for further optimisation and enhancement.</li> <li>Document automation designs, processes, and controls for audit and knowledge sharing.</li> </ul> <ul><li>A university degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in a similar HR Process Automation role</li> <li>Strong background in requirement analysis & identifying automation potentials within HR</li> <li>Solid experience with HR technologies and platforms, such as Human Resource Information System(HRIS), Applicant Tracking System(ATS), Learning Management System(LMS), and other digital tools supporting HR operations.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to realise an idea into a deployable product to significantly reduce HR manual efforts. </li> <li>Hands-on experience or familiarity with automation tools is preferred. </li> <li>A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.</li> <li>Capability and passion to handle and drive several topics at the same time.</li> <li>Fluent English skills are required.</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
