Your role Key responsibilities in your new role<ul type="disc" style="margin-top: 0cm; box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Participate and contribute to requirements elicitation and definition phase of the project</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Contribute to product architecture</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Conceptualize and institutionalize develop/validation strategies and engineering practices</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Play an influential role in technical discussions</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Evaluate change requests to products, conduct analysis and derive impact for planning by team </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Conduct reviews of various artefacts [Requirements, Architecture,Desig] and recommend necessary actions</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Be a signoff stakeholder in all phases of the project</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Propose and evangelize initiatives</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Own overall product quality </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Mentor and train fellow colleagues</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul style="margin-top: 0cm; box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;" type="disc"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS in Electrical/Electronics/ComputerScience/Instrumentation with minimum 15yrs of experience in Embedded system software development/validation in C, assembly languages & SDLC </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">System level architecture, design and Integration skills </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Good knowledge of Microcontroller Architecture (16/32bit), real-timesystems </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experience in standards such as AUTOSAR, IEC61508, ISO26262, ISO21434 is desirable</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Acquaintance with development tool-chains such as GNU, Tasking, and WINDRIVER </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Active membership of Open source communities/technical forums is desirable </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Good working knowledge of debuggers such as PLS, Lauterbach etc. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Proven ability to work with standard lab equipment’s oscilloscopes,logic analyzers, power benches etc </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Good team player in a multi-site work environment </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Ability to take ownership and work independently for new topics and later define guidelines for team to follow</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
