You will be responsible for driving project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational excellence while meeting business, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.</div> Your role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Lead complex semiconductor product-development projects (Power Modules) with significant business impact. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Manage cross-functional and global teams spanning engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and manufacturing. Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Drive stakeholder alignment, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate project status up to senior executive leadership. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Build and maintain detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and mitigation actions. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and budget targets. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Lead problem-solving and escalation management during project challenges.</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">PMP or IPMA project management certification (often preferred or required). </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">7–10+ years of industry experience, with several years leading projects and project teams. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong power semiconductor domain knowledge and technical understanding. </li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
