We are seeking an experienced Silicon System Validation Leader to lead the validation strategy, execution, and team development for a portfolio of advanced Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs), including multiphase controllers, DrMOS/power stages, point-of-load (POL) regulators, integrated power modules, and digital power solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 validation engineers and technicians, ensuring comprehensive silicon and system-level validation from first silicon through production release. This role combines deep technical expertise in power electronics with strong people leadership, organizational management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence. The leader will establish validation methodologies, drive product quality, accelerate time-to-market, and build a high-performing validation organization supporting next-generation computing, AI, networking, telecom, industrial, and automotive power solutions.
