Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul><li>Design Lead for Power Management ICs and POL ICs</li><li>Work closely with Concept Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Project Managers to define feature set, chip architecture, resourcing, schedule and cost.</li><li>Mentor less experienced designers in the art of mixed-signal design, highlighting good design practices</li><li>Support / plan DFT strategy and DFT design implementation.</li><li>Support production test development and ramp to production.</li><li>Specification and transistor-level design of low-power /high-performance analog circuits and power management modules meeting performance, silicon area, power and timescale constraints with CMOS/BCD technology.</li><li>Perform all aspects of IC analog/mixed signal design from definition to production.</li><li>Potential areas of design include Buck converter design, precision analog blocks, as well as higher voltage integrated drivers, switching FETs, sense and protection circuitry.</li></ul> Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul><li>MS in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 5 years of IC design experience.</li><li>Strong foundation in analog & mixed signal design</li><li>Have experience as a design team lead and manager</li><li>Attention to detail during all aspects of architecture definition, circuit design, debug and documentation.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, time management and communication skills.</li><li>Design experience with Power Management ICs and LDMOS/BCD process technologies and PDKs</li><li>Experience in different modulator architectures.</li><li>Proficiency with the complete suite of Cadence tools for mixed signal design</li><li>Solid knowledge of EDA design tools and Cadence design environment and hands-on experience with Virtuoso Custom IC Environment.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Strong hand-on experiences in lab for silicon evaluation and validation.</li><li>Power electronics knowledge is a big plus.</li></ul> Contact: VidhiAshok.Thakkar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
