The role involves silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms, while driving product quality, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness through close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.</div> Your role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for IoT products, including Bluetooth (BT), BLE, and Wi-Fi solutions.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Design and execute characterization and production testing for Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, and RF blocks.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Leverage expertise in DFT methodologies, including ATPG, PMU, BUCLK, LDOs, and trimming procedures, to improve test coverage and quality.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop semiconductor test solutions using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms; experience with UltraFLEX+ is an advantage.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Troubleshoot ATE hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient root-cause analysis and problem resolution.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering to support successful product development and production release.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Utilize UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting for test automation, debugging, and workflow optimization.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Drive continuous improvements in test quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals, including Analog, Digital, and Circuit Theory.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Hands-on expertise in DFT, ATPG, PMU, BUCLK, LDO, and trimming methodologies.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF / UltraFLEX+ test platforms.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong programming and debugging skills for ATE test development.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Proficiency in Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experience testing Digital, Mixed-Signal, RF, PMU, and Connectivity products.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and automation tools.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
