<div style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Segoe UI"; line-height: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px;'>strategic FS/CS leader with deep software engineering expertise, guiding projects, influencing organizational direction, and championing safe and secure product development while successfully navigating customer audits and assessments.</div> Your role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Act as Functional Safety (FS) Engineer and Cybersecurity for SW product portfolio in ATV MC.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Guide projects belonging to a portfolio with respect to technical methods related to safety and cybersecurity standards.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Analyse business trends and proactively define, update and deploy FS/CS methodology for SW projects at ATV.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Ensure that FS/CS methodologies deployed in the project are compliant to relevant standards and meet customer needs.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Support to R&D to implement the methodologies efficiently.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Makes technical decisions regarding FS and CS Engineering for the project(s) of the platform.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Well connected in organization and contributes to FS/CS Engineering on SW topics and initiate feasibility studies to support direction setting on FS/CS topics.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Demonstrate software engineering process expertise and development experience .</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Facilitate technical discussion and deliberations and drive them to logical closure.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Bring up new ideas and solutions to improve existing process on FS and CS</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Key customer interface to understand requirements and needs of the customer on FS and CS at the project level.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Defend the FS/CS practices in customer audits and assessments.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Engage with the FS/CS community internally on SW topics.</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Demonstrate capability through publications and presentations at various internal forums.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Support the project members in FS/CS practises, techniques, tools and methodologies.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Support the project to ensure our processes, methods and tools are compliant with FS/CS standards.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Analytical skills and decision making based problem solving</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experienced / demonstrated ability to solve problems systematically</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Complexity of problems / solutions: Medium</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
