In this role, you will translate complex trade compliance and operational needs into scalable system solutions, lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, and help modernize the tools, data, and workflows that enable compliant global business execution. font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>SAP and Global Trade systems:</strong> Own and support Global Trade system enhancements from intake through launch, including requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-launch support.</span></p><p style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Business analysis:</strong> Document user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, business rules, KPIs, and functional specifications that translate business needs into actionable technology outcomes.</span></p><p style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Process improvement:</strong> Analyze current-state trade compliance and operational processes, identify gaps, and drive simplification, standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.</span></p><p style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; margin: 0px"><b>Who we’re looking for</b></h2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong> 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, SAP/SAP GTS systems, Global Trade Compliance, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>ERP and Global Trade systems:</strong> Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP GTS 11i and SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA (E4H).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Business Analysis Skills:</strong> Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting processes, mapping workflows, and translating business needs into system requirements.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Process and Data:</strong> Strong understanding of business processes, trade compliance, trade operations, data quality, reporting, dashboards, master data management, and enterprise data governance.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Delivery and testing:</strong> Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, defect management, release readiness, business sign-off, and post-launch hyper care.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain business and technical topics clearly to internal and external audiences.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
