The ideal candidate is a technical, detail-oriented, self-driven sales professional with a proven track record of growing sales, territory development, & managing complex technical accounts. What You’ll Do<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Drive sales growth for Tektronix solutions based on: Oscilloscopes, AWGs, Spectrum Analyzers, SMUs, Battery Testers in industry segments of Space, Defense, Semiconductor, Education & Automotive with technical consulting & application‑driven problem-solving</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy focused on high-potential industries, strategic target accounts, and key opportunities.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and be their trusted advisor</li><li>Proactively generate leads, cultivate new relationships, and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and close.</li><li>Leverage key account management principles to expand our footprint within target accounts by identifying and engaging new programs, business units, applications, and technologies.</li><li>Capture Voice of Customer and share feedback on product enhancements with R&D.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand presence and cultivate new relationships.</li></ul> What We’re Looking For<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical (MBA is a plus)</li><li>2–6 years of experience in customer facing role.</li><li>Strong electronics fundamentals and passion for technology</li><li>Excellent communication, problem‑solving & analytical skills with the ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value propositions</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.</li><li>Lead Management, forecasting and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) as required.</li><li>Self‑driven, curious, and eager to build a techno‑commercial career</li></ul>Apply now and accelerate your career with Tektronix!<div class="page-layout__grid-container" style='--hue-web-line-height-open: 1.5;
