We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.</p></div><p></p> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <ul> <li>Daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations against prime brokers, custodians, and administrators</li> <li>Timely reconciliations and settlements of OTC products and swap resets</li> <li>P&L analysis and coordination with investment managers and internal stakeholders</li> <li>GAV/NAV reconciliations with fund administrators</li> <li>Liaison with internal groups including Pricing, Middle Office, and Collateral Management</li> <li>Collaboration with technology teams on special projects, bespoke reporting, and UAT</li> </ul> <div>Qualifications:</div> <ul> <li>MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or an equivalent qualification</li> <li>4–8 years of experience in fund accounting and operations</li> <li>Experience with a variety of financial instruments across geographies</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in teams</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <p><strong>Recruiting Security<br></strong>Emails from genuine Arcesium recruiters who are employees of the company will always come from the @arcesium.com domain.
