The RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. <ul><li>Comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects (from Design perspective) in complex environments to gather & interpret business & functional requirements.</li><li>Have conducted workshops, done gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be analysis) & designed effective solutions aligning with ServiceNow best practices.</li><li>Campion in creating business requirement documents (BRD), process design document, drafting use cases, user stories etc.</li><li>Having design mindset, used tools like Figma in past, should possess basic understanding of Widget, pages, themes, UI components in ServiceNow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript to create best wireframes.</li><li>Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across ServiceNow functions within Worley. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and defects.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems across all ServiceNow interfaces.</li><li>Good understanding on UI/UX concepts to design any catalogs/user forms/surveys. </li><li>Own digital content, AI-enabled self-service initiatives, Service Catalog, ITSM, process improvements on the ServiceNow platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.</li><li>Good understanding and implementation of ServiceNow employee portal , taxonomy , topic mappings across various functions.</li></ul>Other Attributes<ul><li>Have functionally designed the Service Catalog and Service Portal using dynamic request forms, Service Catalog Variables, Approval Process, RITM Lifecycle Management, SLA, Notification.</li><li>Have a basic understanding of Integration method using REST/SOAP/Flow designer/UI builder while working with ITSM and Service Catalog.</li><li>Drive user experience with latest ServiceNow platform capabilities like Omni channel, NOW Mobile, Virtual Agent, process optimization, etc.</li><li>Comfortable working with global stakeholders across different regions.</li></ul> About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:<ul><li>Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in IT / Computers.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with 8-12 Years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.</li><li>Experienced working across both functional and technical aspects (from Design perspective) in complex environments to gather & interpret business & functional requirements.</li><li>ServiceNow CSA Preferred and ITIL certification Mandatory.</li></ul> Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
