a Project Control Specialist II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.<ul style="line-height:1.25;">Lead and guide the Project Controls team for Schedule and Cost function on the Project.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Work with Project leadership team in alignment and strategic discussions on the project.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Develop and finalise the Project Controls Plan as per Project requirements and interface with Client and internal stakeholders.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Lead and develop the Progress measurement system for the project based on the contractual reporting requirements and processes.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Actively participate in Schedule development and guide the team to the required Planning and scheduling requirements.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Conduct / lead Schedule workshops, IAP sessions and focus discussions on Schedule baselining and forecast exercises as required.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Review, Tracking & monitoring Schedule & Critical areas through LEM and Scrums, raising the flag for the delays & areas of concerns.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Establish WBS and CBS required for the project as per the reporting requirements in line with the Client discussions.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Interact with Project and department stakeholders in functional discussions and support required in delivering the Projects assigned.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Preparation and analysis of Project performance statistics and analytics as appropriate.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Lead to set up Project Cost reports, internal monitoring metrics and other reporting requirements.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Monitoring & controlling the cost by various analysis and time to time information Management about the risk areas.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Performing Risk Analysis on the Schedule and provide inputs / recommendations.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Generating various reports like Progress S-curves, Lookahead Plan, Variance Analysis, Productivity Analysis.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Invoicing, preparing Cash flow and presenting in the APEX monthly level meeting.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Attend Internal and Client review meetings as required to present the Project performance, Concerns, and recovery plans etc.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Work closely with the Project and Engineering managers to ensure proactive approach on addressing project performance and recovery measures all times.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Mentor and guide junior team members and impart knowledge transfer time to time.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Participate internal innovative forums and contribute for the Digital growth in project delivery wherever possible.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Preparation of project cost reports and provide forecast analysis and trends of the project.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project style="line-height:1.25;">Tertiary qualifications in Graduate in Engineering/Technology.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">8+ years of experience in Working for similar type Projects/Industry experience.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Proven leadership and communication skills</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, energy sector & Chemicals.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Sound knowledge of Planning, Cost control and Monitoring.</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">A dedication to client satisfaction</li><li style="line-height:1.25;">Excellent
