Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.The RoleAs a Manager I, HSE with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc<ul><li>Develop and ensure implementation of Field HSE Specification, our HSSE Policy. </li><li>Liaison with client and contractors, conducting meeting, Ensure legal compliance & implementation of ISO 45001 compliance. </li><li>Review of HSEP, ERP, JHA & method statement. </li><li>Encourage Near Miss & Hazard Reporting, Participation in Incident Investigation & Incident review process. </li><li>Identify and encourage innovative HSE practices. </li><li>Risk inputs during risk workshop. </li><li>HSE Reporting.</li><li>Visit work locations and sites to assess the HSE risk and effectiveness of HSE systems in place. This includes conducting regular HSE Observations, HSE talks, training sessions, implementation of HSE measures, promotion of safe work practices and ensuring interest & awareness of HSE is maintained at all levels.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of local OHS laws and ability to pragmatically apply this knowledge in home office and construction sites.</li><li>Extent of Guidance or Control: To guide site team to ensure compliance of HSEMS & contract requirements.</li><li>Impact of Decisions on Results: To provide cost effective solution for site implementation.</li><li>Position Significance Relative to Total Organization: Site based HSE position.</li></ul> About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:<ul><li>B.E./ B.Tech./ BSc (P, C, M)/ Diploma in engineering from recognized Institute and Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university. Examination of such course should have been conducted by Technical Education Board EB of respective state or approved university.</li><li>Must have more than 15 years of experience for BE/ B.
