The role also includes implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions, participating in coding, debugging, and backend optimization, troubleshooting complex application issues, and ensuring timely delivery of features. Additionally, the candidate will conduct team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
