Field Executive – Property Auction Hiring for Multiple Locations Span - B2B Sales | Field RoleAs a Field Executive, you'll build a network of property dealers, brokers, and business buyers in your city, get them onboarded onto our platform, and help them close deals on auction listings. It's a field-heavy, target-driven B2B sales role: you'll spend most of your day meeting people and driving the revenue. <h4 dir="ltr">What You'll Do -</h4><ul dir="ltr"><li>Build your network: Find and onboard property dealers, brokers, investors, and businesses in your territory who are interested in auction properties</li><li>Sell the listings: Pitch default and resale properties to your clients, take them on site visits, and guide them through to a closed deal</li><li>Manage the full process: Coordinate with clients from the first meeting through bidding, documentation, and final auction, making sure nothing slips</li><li>Grow channel partners: Keep strong, repeat relationships with dealers and partners so they come back for future auctions</li><li>Own your numbers: Hit monthly targets for onboarding and deal closures, and keep your pipeline updated</li></ul><h4 dir="ltr">What You'll Bring</h4>Must-have<ul dir="ltr"><li>[1–3] years in field sales, ideally real estate, property brokerage, banking, or B2B sales</li><li>Comfort with daily travel within your city and meeting clients face-to-face</li><li>Strong communication in [English / Hindi / regional language]</li><li>A track record of working toward and hitting sales targets</li><li>Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving license </li></ul>Good to have<ul dir="ltr"><li>An existing network of local property dealers or brokers</li><li>Familiarity with bank auctions, SARFAESI properties, or distressed asset sales</li><li>Experience using a CRM or tracking leads digitally</li></ul>
