This is a 100% field-based role dedicated to aggressive market expansion and dealer acquisition. You will spend 90%+ of your time in the market, directly engaging with decision-makers at dealerships.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(34,34,34);background-color:transparent;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;">Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for dealer onboarding, service penetration, and cross-selling Value-Added Services (VAS).</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(34,34,34);background-color:transparent;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;">Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for your dealer network. Ensure 100% service satisfaction by addressing queries on-the-spot and acting as a consultant to help them grow their business.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(34,34,34);background-color:transparent;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;">Performance Tracking: Maintain rigorous data hygiene by tracking daily coverage, meeting outcomes, and performance metrics against defined targets.
