AI-Native Quality AnalystRole Overview:We are looking for an AI-Native QA Engineer (QA-1) who uses AI as a core part of the testing lifecycle to deliver faster, broader, and more reliable testing for fintech applications.The role is focused on AI-assisted test automation, functional testing, test coverage, defect identification, and QA productivity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex or equivalent for test creation and automation.</li><li>Use AI across the QA lifecycle — requirement analysis, test-case generation, test-data creation, automation, debugging, and documentation.</li><li>Create comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and API test cases using AI-assisted approaches.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent.</li><li>Use AI to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, and potential defects that may be missed through conventional testing.</li><li>Automate API testing and validation for backend services.</li><li>Use AI for **failure analysis, log analysis, and root-cause identification**.</li><li>Validate AI-generated test cases and automation scripts for accuracy and coverage.</li><li>Maintain regression suites and continuously improve test coverage.</li><li>Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li> 1–3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.</li><li>Good understanding of functional, regression, API and integration testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent.</li><li>Basic scripting/programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.</li><li>Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL and Git.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA/testing tools.</li><li>Ability to effectively prompt, guide, and validate AI-generated test cases and automation code.</li><li>Strong analytical and debugging skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience building automation primarily through AI-assisted development.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD-based automated testing.</li><li>Understanding of cloud-based applications and microservices.</li></ul>
