Collected role description

<h1><span style="font-size:15pt;line-height:115%;color:#64381F;">Purpose of the role</span></h1><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Own the growth strategy for Go Digit's 4W motor dealer business — where we compete, with which OEMs and dealer groups, and how we win share profitably. The role sets the sales agenda for the 4W book, works with regional teams to convert it into market-level plans, and holds the commercial construct that makes those plans viable. The incumbent shapes the growth ambition, signs off the pricing and scheme constructs that support it, and is accountable for delivering premium against AOP without ceding loss ratio.</p><p></p><h1><span style="font-size:15pt;line-height:115%;color:#64381F;">Key responsibilities</span></h1><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Build and own the 4W sales strategy — OEM-wise and region-wise growth plans, share-of-counter targets, channel mix and a prioritised view of where to push hard and where to hold, refreshed each quarter against market movement.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Drive network expansion: identify and win new dealerships and dealer groups, including large multi-brand groups, land new OEM model and dealership onboarding, and revive dormant or lapsed dealer relationships.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Partner with the OEMs — Maruti, Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata, Toyota, Honda and Kia — on joint growth initiatives, enabler programmes and new-launch and EV opportunities, and translate each into a sales plan the regional teams can execute.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Design dealer and insurance-manager schemes as growth levers — targeted at the segments, models and geographies where volume is available — and measure each one on the business it delivered rather than on spend.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Enable the field: equip regional motor dealer teams with the pitch, pricing bands and competitive positioning they need to close, and work alongside them on priority counters and large dealer negotiations.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Track performance against AOP — premium, mix, ROE and payout cost by OEM, region and dealer group — read the trend early and drive corrective action where growth or profitability slips.</p><p></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast" style="margin-left:0.25in;text-indent:-0.25in;"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">·<span style="font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Hold the commercial construct behind the plan: approve dealer grids and payout requests within mandate, and work with pricing and actuarial to keep grids current and competitive in the geographies that matter most.</p><p></p><h1><span style="font-size:15pt;line-height:115%;color:#64381F;">What we are looking for</span></h1><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">A sales leader with deep working knowledge of the Indian 4W motor market — OEM tie-ups, dealer economics and how counters are actually won — who has built and delivered a growth plan rather than only administered one. Demonstrated success in opening new dealer relationships, negotiating with large dealer groups and growing share at the counter is what we are looking for first.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">That commercial instinct has to be matched by numerical command — pricing, loss ratio and premium mix — because the growth this role chases has to stand up on the grid as well as in the market. Equally, it needs someone who can carry regional teams and OEM partners without direct authority, decline an unviable ask with a reason the field accepts, and know which calls to escalate.</p><p></p>
