Collected role description

Role Purpose

The Automotive Partnerships team runs dealer engagement and reward schemes for the two-wheeler business, of which international incentive tours are the most visible element. Recent programmes include Kuala Lumpur, Hua Hin, Georgia, Slovenia and Croatia, and the Austria and Germany group travelling in November 2026, each covering dealers across Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana and other states.

The Senior Associate is the single operating point of contact who converts a scheme qualification list into a completed, compliant and fully documented tour. The role owns day-to-day coordination with travel and MICE vendors, keeps regional business teams aligned on traveller data, and closes the paperwork trail that follows every trip — declarations, invoices, refunds and payment approvals. It is an execution role that needs accuracy under deadline pressure and the confidence to chase both external vendors and internal stakeholders without escalation for routine matters.
