## About the role Join our US Market inside-sales team. You'll speak with parents across the United States, understand their child's academic needs and goals, and recommend the right 1:1 online programme in Maths, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts and other K–12 subjects. ## What you'll do - Handle inbound and outbound calls with US parents - Run the full sales cycle, from first conversation to enrolment - Follow up consistently and keep a healthy pipeline - Handle objections and explain the value of our programmes clearly - Keep lead and customer records accurate in the CRM - Meet your sales and revenue targets - Work with academic and sales teams so every learner has a smooth start ## What we're looking for - Experience in inside sales, B2C sales, admissions or academic counselling - Excellent spoken and written English - Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection handling - Comfortable working a night shift aligned to US time zones (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) - US or international sales experience and EdTech experience are a plus ## Pay Based on your experience, last drawn CTC, sales track record and interview performance, plus performance incentives with uncapped earning potential. ## Where Our Bengaluru office at Bellandur. Tuesday to Sunday, Monday off.
