Technical Sprint Leadership: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams of data scientists, MLOps, and software engineers. Code & Pipeline Guardrails: Establish best practices for code quality, model version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Resource Optimization: Monitor and optimize compute resource utilization, API latency, token usage, and inference costs. Risk & Performance Auditing: Evaluate model drift, bias, and technical debt while implementing robust validation and monitoring systems.
