Role Summary As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build and optimize scalable backend services powering Netcore's customer engagement platform. You'll work on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software. What We're Looking For 7–10 years of experience in backend development using Java . Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, distributed systems, and design patterns. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/Redis/Cassandra/Couchbase. Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ. Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience with AWS and/or GCP. Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams. Good to Have Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration. Exposure to observability and monitoring tools. Experience building large-scale SaaS or distributed systems Why Join Us?
