Collected role description

<ul><li>Own city P&L, supply, revenue, and growth, with a strong focus on scaling the city business and achieving ambitious growth targets. </li><li> Own end-to-end supply operations — from customer inspection requests and car evaluation to negotiation, procurement, paperwork, and final delivery. </li><li> Lead large, diverse teams across on-ground inspectors/evaluators, OAs, AMs, negotiation, delivery, and sales, ensuring adequate manpower and operational efficiency. </li><li> Manage and grow the dealer ecosystem through BDMs, regular dealership visits, vendor management, and building strong dealer relationships. </li><li> Drive dealer/channel sales and procurement, ensuring competitive and fair deals while improving city-level supply and revenue. </li><li> Develop city-level growth strategies based on market demand, supply constraints, customer requirements, and priorities across Demand and Auctions.</li><li> Drive operational excellence and execution by ensuring TAT, quality, process discipline, and quick resolution of day-to-day operational bottlenecks.</li><li>4–8 years of experience across sales, operations, supply, business, or strategy roles, preferably in automotive, FMCG, consumer tech, or other high-growth environments.</li> </ul>
