esignation: Lead - Learning Designer (Tech) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead – Data & AI Learning Solutions to support the manger in leading our Data & AI content development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (GPT models), and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead individual projects, supporting the manager ensuring effective bandwidth utilization, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs. ● Oversee the development of synchronous (LVC) and asynchronous (OSL, e- learning, video modules) content for Data Science and AI programs. ● Provide technical guidance on Python programming, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI tools (GPTs), and more. ● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic partners, clients, and SMEs, to define project scope, learning objectives, and content strategy. ● Review and validate course structures, storyboards, assessments, and technical content for accuracy, relevance, and instructional soundness. ● Track and manage the assigned project, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ● Maintain awareness of latest trends, tools, and advancements in Data Science, AI, and instructional design practices.
