The role involves delivering engaging online Chemistry classes, simplifying complex concepts, addressing students' doubts and adapting teaching methods according to different learning levels. The faculty will play an important role in helping students improve their academic performance and work towards achieving their dreams. ## What you'll do - Deliver high-quality online Chemistry classes for K12 students from Jharkhand Government Schools. - Explain Chemistry concepts in a simple, engaging and student-friendly manner. - Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support. - Conduct interactive sessions and encourage students to actively participate and ask questions. - Prepare and use relevant teaching materials, presentations and other digital resources to enhance learning. - Adapt teaching methodologies according to students' learning levels and requirements. - Regularly assess students' understanding and provide constructive feedback. - Help students strengthen their conceptual understanding and improve their academic performance. - Motivate and guide students to develop confidence and achieve their educational goals. - Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of the program. - Maintain professionalism, punctuality and consistency while conducting online classes. ## What we're looking for - **Experience:** 2–3 years of proven online teaching experience in Chemistry for K12 students. - **Strong Subject Knowledge:** Excellent command of Chemistry concepts and the ability to explain them clearly. - **Teaching Skills:** Ability to make online classes interactive, engaging and outcome-oriented. - **Student-Centric Approach:** Passion for teaching and helping students from diverse academic backgrounds succeed. - **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with school students. - **Technology Skills:** Comfortable with online teaching platforms, digital teaching tools and virtual classrooms. - **Content & Presentation:** Ability to effectively use PPTs, digital resources and other teaching aids. - **Adaptability:** Ability to modify teaching strategies based on students' learning levels and requirements. - **Commitment:** Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and dedication towards improving student outcomes. - **Work Location:** Candidates must be willing to work from Gurugram, Haryana.
