We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in project execution, stakeholder management, operations, and reporting, who can effectively manage large-scale government programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring process and compliance adherence, driving operational efficiency, and providing data-driven reporting and visibility to leadership. ## What you'll do - Lead end-to-end execution of government partnership and education projects. - Coordinate with government departments, institutional partners, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements across multiple programs. - Prepare project reports, MIS, dashboards, and leadership updates to monitor project health and performance. - Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, automating workflows, and implementing scalable operational practices. - Facilitate review meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across teams. - Monitor program performance, documentation, audit readiness, and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. ## What we're looking for - 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Government Programs, Institutional Partnerships , or Program Operations. - A Masters or Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in education, development studies, public policy, or social sciences is preferred. - Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage. - Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders across government, institutional, and internal teams. - Prior experience working with state and district-level government systems in the education sector is a strong plus. - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or reporting dashboards is a strong advantage. ## Preferred Background We are especially interested in professionals who have worked in project execution, preferably in education, within NGOs, Consulting, Skilling, Government Programs, or organizations working closely with Central or State Government departments.
